Natural Resource Facilitation, Training & Negotiation
Our staff are certified in facilitation, training, negotiations and coaching. We bring these skills to collaborative, interdisciplinary challenges common to natural resource management. Our staff are quick to identify trade-offs between economic, ecological and social resources. We work to bring various parties together to collaboratively solve these key issues. We have worked with a wide variety of models, including strategic, consensus-based, best management systems, design processes, analytical and synthesis teams, or simple information sharing and discussion forums.
